Personal Training And Massage Therapy.

Hello. My name is Anthony Germano. I reside in West Greenwich, Rhode Island where I have lived since 2000. I was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I am also a Massage Therapist. I know, as well as most of you, anyone can get a piece of paper that says you are certified in this or that. However, my story is extremely different in every aspect, to those in my field. Most of my life I was overweight, depressed, an emotional wreck, problems at home and at school. One day I decided I was gonna take control of my life and my health. I did what most every overweight person does. I joined a gym and then starting dieting. For some reason, I dropped the weight very quickly, which I credit my hard work and determination. I take great pride in helping people. I want to help as many people get fit and eating right and feel better about themselves when they look in that mirror as humanly possible. I am not in this profession for the money at all. I have a day job, and I do personal training and massages on the side. Most people in my profession charge 35-50 dollars an hour for their services. I do not. I have a flat fee of 20 dollars per session and it always is that price.
